Procurement of Animal Ration for Pak Rangers Punjab

Pak Rangers Punjab invites bids for the procurement of Animal Ration to be delivered all over Punjab, specifically managed from their Headquarters at Zarrar Shaheed Road, Lahore. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 platform. The procurement follows a National Single Stage-One Envelope procedure with Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) technique. For example, Barley Pressed must have moisture max 12.5%, dust powder max 1.0%, and no infestation. Coconut oil must meet specific BR reading, saponification value, iodine value, and rancidity standards. The delivery schedule spans 300 days with quantities specified per item. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered with NADRA, FBR (NTN and GSTN), and Registrar of Firms as applicable.
