Procurement of Answer Scripts for SSC Examinations-2027

The Board of Secondary Education Karachi invites sealed bids from qualified suppliers for the procurement of answer scripts for SSC Examinations-2027. Items being procured include: - Printing and Supply of 1,500,000 E-Scripts for Class-IX of 24 pages each on 80 grams imported A4 white paper with duplex black & white printing, including OMR sheets, digital serial numbering, 2 QR codes, and 1 barcode per page. - Printing and Supply of 1,500,000 E-Scripts for Class-X of 24 pages each with similar specifications as Class-IX. - Printing and Supply of 200,000 'C' Type Answer Scripts (Computer Answer Scripts) of 8 pages each on high finish white printing paper. - Printing and Supply of 1,100,000 'P' Type Answer Scripts (Practical Answer Scripts) of 8 pages each on high finish white printing paper. - Optional procurement of 200,000 'A' Type Answer Scripts of 24 pages with over lock-stitching and turquoise coloured spine pasting. - Printing and Supply of coloured spine for pasting on 'A' Type Answer Scripts per 1000 units. - Printing of Title Page of 'A' Type Answer Scripts, approximately 200,000 pages. The technical scope includes high-quality printing with industrial laser printers at 1200 dpi resolution, ensuring no ink smudging, and inclusion of security marks and Board's monogram. The scripts will be numbered and packed properly in lots. Bidders must provide samples/specimens and manufacturer certificates for branded products. The bid evaluation will be on a quality-cum-rate basis. Eligibility criteria require a tender fee of Rs. 2,000 (non-refundable), bid security of Rs. 3,600,000 (refundable), minimum 3 years experience in similar assignments, turnover of at least Rs. 180 million over the last three years, registration with EPADS (SPPRA) and FBR, and submission of required documents including press declaration and undertaking on stamp paper. Bids must be submitted in two copies: one soft copy via EPADS (SPPRA) website and one hard copy in sealed envelope at the office of the Secretary, Board of Secondary Education Karachi, Nazimabad.
