Procurement of Answer Sheets and Extra Sheets

The University of Rasul invites bids for the procurement of Answer Sheets and Extra Sheets to be delivered on DDP (Duty Delivered Paid) basis. This tender is issued by the Directorate of Purchase and Store at University of Rasul, located in Mandi Bahauddin. Items being procured: - Answer Sheets - Extra Sheets The procurement follows a single stage one envelope bidding procedure under Tender # UOR/DP/2026-27/08. The bid security required is Rs. 69,994, equal to 2% of the estimated cost as prescribed by the PPRA/EP Portal. Bids must be submitted through the E-Procurement system (E-Procurement Punjab) and will be opened online in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Late bids will not be accepted online. Bidders must also submit a hard copy of the original affidavit at the Directorate of Purchase and Store before bid opening. The University reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel the bids/tender at any time prior to contract award without assigning any reason or liability. If the last date of submission falls on a holiday, the next working day (Monday to Friday) will be considered for submission and opening at the same time. Bidders are advised to carefully review the technical specifications and ensure all required documents, undertakings, and valid documentary evidence are included to avoid rejection. Earnest Money in the form of CDR or Pay Order as per bid security is mandatory. The submission deadline is **08-10-2026 at 11:00 AM** with bid opening at 11:30 AM on the same day.
