Provision of Food Commodities/Items for Special Boarders for Financial Year 2026-27

Govt Degree College of Special Education Lahore invites E-Bids from Federal Board of Revenue (Income Tax and Sales Tax Registered) and Punjab e-Procurement System (e-PS) registered firms for the provision of food commodities/items for special boarders for the financial year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Food commodities/items for special boarders The procurement will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System (e-PS) with all bids submitted online. The estimated cost of procurement is bold PKR 10,000,000. A bid security of 2% of the estimated cost amounting to bold PKR 200,000 is required, payable through online/1-Link Bank Transfer against the e-PS generated PSID. Manual CDRs will not be accepted. The successful bidder must also deposit a performance guarantee of 5% of the contract amount through the same online method before signing the contract and issuance of the supply order. All rates quoted should be inclusive of all applicable taxes as per government rules. The e-bid submission deadline is bold 12th October 2026 till 10:00 am, with the opening of bids at 10:30 am on the same day. Bidders must ensure they are registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System and submit all documents electronically. The bidding procedure is single stage one envelope. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids according to the evaluation criteria. For bidders, it is crucial to ensure timely online submission and proper payment of bid security via the e-PS system to avoid disqualification. Manual submissions or payments will not be entertained.
