Procurement of Antifreeze Coolant for North Region Airports/Locations

Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) invites eligible bidders registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments holding valid NTN & GST and listed on the Active Taxpayer List of FBR to submit e-bids for the procurement of antifreeze coolant for North Region Airports and locations. The procurement will be conducted through a Single Stage - Two Envelope procedure using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with Public Procurement Rules, 2026 and related regulations and guidelines issued by the Authority. Items being procured: - Antifreeze Coolant for North Region Airports/Locations Bidders must provide a bid security as specified in the bidding documents in the form of a Pay Order in favor of Pakistan Airports Authority. The bid security must reach the office before the bid opening date. Manual submission of bids will not be accepted; all bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS. Bidders are required to register on EPADS v2.0 by Monday, November 2, 2026, at 11:00 AM.
