Procurement of Assault Quadcopters / Drones by Police Department Punjab

The Police Department Government of the Punjab Lahore invites e-Bids under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 for the procurement of Assault Quadcopters / Drones for the Financial Year 2026-27. The procurement is specifically for the Police Department in Lahore. Items being procured: - Assault Quadcopters / Drones (06 units) The estimated total cost is Rs. 36,000,000 with an estimated unit price of Rs. 6,000,000 each. Bidders must submit a bid security of 3% of the estimated cost digitally via Payment System ID (PSID) through 1Link, 1Bill, mobile banking, or other integrated payment channels with the Punjab e-Procurement System. The successful bidders will also be required to deposit a performance guarantee equal to 10% of the total cost digitally through the same payment channels. The performance guarantee will be refunded upon successful completion of contract obligations and submission of NOC from the Indenter. Bidding documents containing terms, conditions, and standard specifications can be downloaded from the E-Procurement Punjab portal and the Punjab Police website. The bidding process follows the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure comprising Technical and Financial proposals submitted electronically. Technical proposals will be opened on 18.11.2026 at 12:30 PM, while financial proposals will remain unopened until technical evaluation is complete. Samples must be submitted after 10 days of technical bid opening. Rates quoted must be inclusive of all Federal and Provincial taxes, duties, charges, packing, and freight till delivery at CPO stores. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids in accordance with Rule 35 of PPR-2014. Bidders are advised to upload their bids well before the deadline and ensure compliance with all requirements including FBR registration and earnest money submission. The tender submission deadline is 18.11.2026 before 12:00 Noon, with bid opening at 12:30 PM on the same day via the E-Procurement Punjab portal.
