Supply of Surveillance Quadcopters / Drones for Police Department Punjab

The Police Department Punjab invites e-Bids under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 from well-reputed and financially sound firms with prior experience and valid registration with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments for procurement of stores/items as listed below for the Financial Year 2026-27. The e-Bids must be submitted through the E-Procurement Punjab portal (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk) by 18.11.2026 before 12:00 Noon and will be opened at 12:30 PM on the same day. Items being procured: - Surveillance Quadcopters / Drones (08 units) The bidding documents containing terms, conditions, and specifications can be downloaded from E-Procurement Punjab, PPRA website, and Punjab Police website. The procurement follows a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure requiring technical and financial proposals to be submitted online. Technical proposals must include detailed specifications, authorization certificates, and tax certificates. Financial proposals should state unit and total prices inclusive of all taxes. Rates must be quoted in Pakistani Rupees inclusive of all federal and provincial taxes, duties, and delivery charges to the Central Police Office stores. Bidders must provide a bid security of 3% of the estimated price via Payment System ID (PSID) through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Successful bidders will deposit 10% performance guarantee similarly. Samples must be submitted within 10 days after technical bid opening.
