Supply of Raw Material and Hiring Specialized Labour Services for Furniture Manufacturing Unit

The Islamia University of Bahawalpur invites sealed bids from GST and Income Tax registered manufacturers, firms, or their authorized distributors, dealers, and general order suppliers for the supply of raw material and hiring of specialized labour services for the Furniture Manufacturing Unit on FOR basis at the university's Baghdad-ul-Jadeed Campus in Bahawalpur. Items being procured: - Lot-1: Purchase of Raw Material (as per available sample) - Lot-2: Hiring Specialized Labour Services The procurement includes supply of raw materials required for furniture manufacturing and specialized labour services to support the unit's operations. Interested bidders can download detailed tender documents, specifications, terms, and conditions from the university website www.iub.edu.pk or the Punjab Public Procurement Regulatory Authority website www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk, including the E-Procurement System. Bidders must provide a 5% Bank Guarantee of the estimated cost for each tender in the form of CDR or Bank Guarantee in the name of Treasurer Islamia University Bahawalpur. Bidders must bid for the entire quantity on a lot basis; partial bids will be rejected. The bidding procedure follows the Single Stage – Single Envelope method as per PPRA Rules 2014. Rates quoted should be inclusive of all taxes, and a copy of the paid bank challan of professional tax and bid security must be attached with the financial proposal. Tender submissions must reach the office of the Secretary F.M.U, Baghdad-ul-Jadeed Campus, Bahawalpur by 24-11-2026 at 10:30 A.M. Tenders will be opened the same day at 11:00 A.M. in the presence of bidders or their representatives at the office of the Project Director Furniture Manufacturing Unit, Baghdad-ul-Jadeed Campus. Late bids will not be accepted. Rates must remain valid for 60 days from the tender opening date. In case of holidays, the next working day will be considered for tender opening.
