Procurement of 4,011 Nos Standard Asset Performance Management System (APMS) with Magnetic Contactor and Non-Motorized MCCB for PESCO Operation Circles Mardan & Swabi

The Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO) invites sealed bids for the procurement of 4,011 Nos Standard Asset Performance Management System (APMS) with Magnetic Contactor and Non-Motorized MCCB (Ordering Code: APMS-MC-S100 & APMS-MC-S200) along with allied material and related services for installation in PESCO Operation Circles Mardan and Swabi. Items being procured: - 4,011 Nos Standard Asset Performance Management System (APMS) - Magnetic Contactor - Non-Motorized MCCB - Allied materials and related services for installation on distribution transformers of 200KVA & 100KVA ratings The contract covers supply, installation, integration, testing, and commissioning of APMS and allied materials for distribution transformers in Mardan and Swabi operation circles. The project site for delivery is PESCO GSC Warehouse, 132 kV Grid Station, Industrial Estate, Jamrud Road, Hayatabad, Peshawar. Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure on Carriage and Insurance Paid (CIP) basis as per the World Bank's Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers November 2020. Bids will be evaluated with 30% weightage on technical and 70% on bid cost. Eligible bidders must comply with PEC registration and FBR/ATL requirements and provide a bid security of US$ 100,000 or equivalent in PKR at the exchange rate 28 days prior to bid submission. A Pre-Bid meeting will be held on 12-11-2026 at 11:00 AM at the purchaser's office with online participation option. Bids must be delivered by 30-11-2026 at 11:00 AM to the Chief Engineer (Development), PMU PESCO Headquarter, Sakhi Chashma Shami Road, Peshawar. Electronic bidding is not permitted. Technical bids will be opened publicly on the same day after bid submission deadline. Bidders are advised to download bidding documents free of cost from the PESCO website and ensure all bid security and documentation requirements are met. Timely submission and compliance with bid security rules are critical for participation.
