Drilling and Installation of Water Bore and Construction of Electric Room at ANF HQ Rawalpindi

The Ministry of Interior & Narcotics Control through Anti Narcotics Force Headquarters Rawalpindi invites sealed bids from interested and capable General Sales Tax (GST) holders and registered firms, organizations, companies, or contractors for the drilling, installation of a water bore, and construction of an electric room at ANF HQ Rawalpindi. The project involves a 600-foot depth water bore with a 12-inch borehole, 8-inch casing, and 2.5-inch rising water pipe including a 15hp submersible motor with all necessary accessories. The scope includes electric and water supply from the bore to the underground water tank, along with supply, installation, testing, commissioning, and construction of the electric room, complete in all respects. Items being procured: - 600-foot depth water bore with 12-inch borehole - 8-inch casing - 2.5-inch rising water pipe - 15hp submersible motor with accessories - Electric and water supply from bore to underground water tank - Construction of electric room The technical scope requires comprehensive supply and installation work including testing and commissioning. Bidders must be registered with PEC in categories CE-04, CE-09, or CE-10 and must be on the active tax payer list maintained by FBR. A bid security of Rs. 675,000 in the form of Bank Draft, Pay Order, or CDR in the name of Anti-Narcotics Force HQs Rawalpindi is required and must be uploaded scanned on EPADS with the original submitted before closing. The contract will be signed on stamp paper with detailed terms and conditions. The work schedule is two months, and failure to complete on time will result in cancellation and forfeiture of bid security.
