The tender must be submitted alongwith sealed brochure/sample by due date at 1000 hours. Technical Proposal will be opened on same date at 1030 hours. Financial bid will be opened in the presence of representatives of bidders after the evaluation of Technical Proposal. The procuring agency may reject any bid or all bids at any time.
