AUCTION: Bank's Suzuki Alto Vehicle BMG-632 2025 Model

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Habib Bank Limited (HBL) invites sealed bids from prospective bidders for the auction of one of its vehicles located in Lahore. The vehicle offered is a Suzuki Alto, registration number BMG-632, model year 2025. The auction will be conducted on an "As is where basis" and the successful bidder will be responsible for all taxes, transfer fees, and related expenses. Items being auctioned: - Suzuki Alto vehicle (Registration # BMG-632, Model 2025) Bidders must submit sealed offers in envelopes clearly marked "Bid for vehicles registration No BMG-632" addressed to the Head of Collections (Consumer) at HBL. Offers must be received by the bank before the close of office hours on 30th September 2026. Earnest money must accompany all bids in the form of a Pay Order in favor of HBL. The vehicle can be inspected at the HBL 200-Upper Mall Lahore Warehouse from 22nd to 30th September 2026 between 2:30 PM and 5:00 PM on working days. The auction committee will open all offers on 1st October 2026 at the Collection Center HBL 5-Bank Square 1st Floor The Mall branch, Nila Gumbad, Lahore. The balance of the purchase price must be paid within 3 working days of acceptance, failing which 10% of the filer and 20% of the non-filer amount will be forfeited. The bank reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers without assigning any reason. Interested bidders should ensure timely submission and inspection to avoid disqualification.
