Procurement of BMT Consumables for Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute and Research Center Lahore

The Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute and Research Center Lahore invites bids for the procurement of BMT Consumables under a framework contract. This procurement is specifically for the supply of BMT Consumables to the Supply Chain department of the institute located in Lahore. Items being procured: - Procurement of BMT Consumable (Item List) The bidding procedure follows the Single Stage Two Envelope system as per PPRA-2014 rules. Bidders must be original manufacturers or sole distributors of the foreign principal or manufacturer, with verifiable authorization. The estimated cost for this procurement is Rs. 13.76 Million, and a bid security of 2% of the estimated amount is required, payable through PSID generated via the Punjab e-Procurement system. E-bids must be submitted online on or before 02-10-2026 at 11:00 AM via the Punjab e-Procurement System (e-Proc) at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk. Hard copies of bids are not accepted. The bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders' representatives at the Supply Chain department, Tower-A conference room. Interested bidders can obtain further information from the Supply Chain department during office hours from 08:30 AM to 05:30 PM. The bid validity period is 180 days from the date of bid opening. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 21-09-2026 at 11:30 AM in the conference room of the Supply Chain department, Tower-A. Procurement will be governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (Amended) and Punjab Procurement Regulation 2024. In case of any discrepancy, PPRA rules shall prevail.
