Procurement of Boys and Girls Students Uniforms for Govt Secondary Special Education Centre Sadiqabad

Items being procured: - Uniform for Boys: Shirt (white color with new mono of Dept. on pocket), Pant (Malatia Gray), Belt (Black Color and Rexene / Leather), Black Shoes (quality at least equal to Bata or Service), Socks (Black Color), Vest / Bunyan (White Color), Tie (Navy Blue) - Uniform for Girls: Qameez / Shirt (Navy Blue Color with new mono of Deptt: on pocket), Shalwar & Dupatta (white color), Black Shoes (quality at least equal to Bata or Service), Socks (Black Color), Slip / Shamoz (White Color), Shawal & Dupatta (white color) The procurement budget is Rs. 2,750,000 (Rupees Two Million Seven Hundred Fifty Thousand only). Bidders must have established credentials in technical, financial, and managerial capabilities. The procurement will follow a single stage two envelope procedure as per PPRA rules. Bidders must submit bids via the e-PADS portal by the deadline. Eligibility criteria include registration with relevant tax authorities, no blacklisting by PPRA or any other agency, and submission of bid security amounting to 3% of the estimated cost (Rs. 82,500) in the form of Bank Call-Deposit (CDR), Demand Draft, or Pay Order issued by a scheduled bank in Pakistan. Technical and financial bids will be opened on 24-11-2026 at 11:30 am in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
