Procurement of Breeder Crumbs Feed & Broiler Starter Crumbs Feed at University of Veterinary & Animal Sciences Lahore

The University of Veterinary & Animal Sciences (UVAS), Lahore invites electronic bids for the procurement of Breeder Crumbs Feed and Broiler Starter Crumbs Feed under the PARB Project No. 22-79 titled 'Development of Grand Parent (GP) Lines of Quail with Enhanced Productive and Reproductive Performance Through Family Based Selection' at the Avian Research and Training (ART) Centre, Department of Poultry Production Ravi Campus, Pattoki. Items being procured: - Breeder Crumbs Feed - Broiler Starter Crumbs Feed Bidders must be manufacturers, exclusive authorized sole distributors of foreign manufacturers, agents, contractors, firms, sole proprietors, or suppliers registered with income tax, Punjab sales tax on services (PRA), General Sales Tax (GST), and Professional Tax registered firms. The procurement will follow a single stage two envelop bidding procedure through the Punjab e-procurement System. Bids must be submitted electronically by 03-09-2026 at 11:00 a.m. The technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 a.m. in the presence of bidders. A bid security of 2% CDR amounting to Rs. 18,599/- refundable of the estimated price Rs. 929,950/- is required and must be processed with the bid on or before the closing time. The Punjab E-Procurement System portal (http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/ViewTender.aspx) will be used for submission and response time calculation. UVAS will not be responsible for any cost or expenses incurred by bidders in bid preparation. If a public holiday falls on the tender opening date, the tender will be opened on the next working day. All procurement procedures including uploading, downloading, receiving, opening, evaluating, and awarding will be governed by the Punjab Procurement Rules-2014 as amended. In case of any conflict between bidding documents and PPRA Rules, the latter shall prevail. Bidders are advised to carefully follow the Punjab e-procurement system instructions and ensure timely submission of bids to avoid disqualification.
