Supply of Improved/Hybrid Vegetable Seeds and Transportation of Wheat Seed

The Directorate of Agriculture Baltistan Region invites sealed bids from registered and eligible firms, suppliers, and contractors for the supply of vegetable seeds and transportation services in Skardu for the Financial Year 2026-27 under the Regular Budget and CM Block allocation. Items being procured: - Supply of Improved/Hybrid Vegetable Seeds (Lot A) - Transportation of Wheat Seed (Lot B) The procurement involves supplying high-quality improved or hybrid vegetable seeds and the transportation of wheat seed to specified locations. Bidders must ensure timely delivery and completion of supply/services at their own cost throughout the financial year as required by the Procuring Agency. Eligibility criteria include relevant experience in similar work, submission of prescribed Call Deposit/Bid Security in favor of the Director Agriculture Baltistan Region, and obtaining bidding documents after depositing a non-refundable bidding document fee in the Government Treasury. The procurement will be conducted through a Single Stage-Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. Sealed bids must reach the office of the Director Agriculture Baltistan Region, Skardu, on or before 19th October 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Partial, conditional, incomplete, or late bids will be rejected. The tender remains valid until 30th June 2027 with no escalation or increase in rates during the contract period. One practical tip for bidders is to clearly write the Bidder/Firm name and the Lot Number on the front of the sealed envelope to avoid disqualification. Also, ensure all bid security and document fee requirements are met to avoid rejection.
