Procurement of Bricks, Sand, Stone Crush and Earth Clay for SNGPL DI Khan

The SNGPL (Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited) invites sealed bids for the procurement of construction materials required for their project at DI Khan. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 platform. Items being procured: - Bricks (mud/clay made), 1st class, size 9" x 4.5" x 3", quantity 73,500 Nos - Sand (river, locally available, dust free), quantity 6,968 cft - Stone Crush (size 3/8", plant clean and dust free), quantity 2,141 cft - Earth Clay (clean, free of organic impurities), quantity 1,000 cft The materials must meet the specified technical requirements including quality and cleanliness standards. Delivery, unloading, and stacking at the SNGPL Camp site opposite Kundi Model Farm, Khokhar Adda, 7.0 km Chashma Road, DI Khan is the responsibility of the supplier. The delivery schedule is within 15 days after receipt of purchase order. Eligible bidders must comply with PEC registration if applicable, hold valid FBR registration, and submit bid security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, or Demand Draft. The bid security original must be submitted physically before the closing time at the SNGPL Camp office. Bids not submitted on EPADS or without proper bid security will be disqualified. The procurement will follow Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) criteria. Bidders are advised to carefully review the bidding documents and ensure compliance with all terms and conditions.
