Tender Description
The Bank of Punjab Lahore invites technical and financial bids from well reputed organizations and companies for the procurement of Cash Recycler Machines. This procurement is conducted through a Single Stage-Two Envelope Bidding Process ensuring transparency and competitiveness.
Items being procured:
- Cash Recycler Machines
Bids must be uploaded and submitted exclusively through the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk). The technical bids will be opened on 22-Sep-2026 at 11:30 am in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Financial bids of only technically qualified bidders will be opened later on a date to be announced.
The scope includes supply and delivery of Cash Recycler Machines inclusive of all applicable taxes and delivery charges. Valid NTN and GST registration certificates are mandatory with the bids. A bid security of 2% of the estimated cost must be paid or submitted digitally through 1Link or Bank Guarantee options via generated PSID on the Punjab e-Procurement System.
This tender notice is also available on the PPRA website (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk), The Bank of Punjab website (www.bop.com.pk), and Punjab e-Procurement System. The Bank of Punjab will not be responsible for any cost incurred in the submission of bid documents.
Bidders are advised to carefully follow the submission instructions and ensure timely uploading of bids before the deadline. Using the Punjab e-Procurement System ensures secure and verifiable bid submission, which is critical for eligibility.
The deadline for bid submission is 22-Sep-2026 at 11:00 am. Bids submitted after this time will not be accepted. Interested bidders should prepare their technical and financial proposals in accordance with the tender documents available free of cost on the Punjab e-Procurement System and PPRA website.
