Procurement of CCTV Surveillance System, Solarization and Illumination Equipment at Jamrud Fort District Khyber

The Planning and Development Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites bids for the procurement of CCTV Surveillance System, Solarization and Illumination Equipment at Jamrud Fort District Khyber under the Khyber Pass Economic Corridor (KPEC) project. This procurement is part of the Khyber Pass Economic Corridor Project funded by the International Development Association (IDA) of the World Bank Group. Items being procured: - CCTV Surveillance System - Solarization equipment including a complete solution of a 30KV Solar system at Jamrud Fort - Illumination Equipment for Jamrud Fort - Supply of 2 No of Desktop Systems The scope includes supply and installation of CCTV surveillance systems, solar power systems, and illumination equipment at Jamrud Fort. The project requires a comprehensive solution integrating solarization with surveillance and lighting systems to enhance security and energy efficiency at the historic site. The technical scope covers installation, commissioning, and testing of all equipment on site. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR and ATL, and possess relevant PEC categories for electrical and solar equipment supply and installation. Experience in similar projects involving CCTV and solar systems is essential. A bid security of PKR 500,000 per lot in the form of an irrevocable unconditional Bank Guarantee or Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) from a Scheduled Bank of Pakistan is mandatory. The bidding documents can be obtained upon submission of a written application and payment of a non-refundable fee of PKR 2,000 during office hours 0900 to 1700. Bids must be submitted by or before 1400 hours on July 28, 2026, at the office of the Senior Archaeological Engineer, Directorate General of Archaeology & Museum, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Peshawar Museum Engineering Wing, Peshawar Cantt, Peshawar.
