Heavy Industries Taxila invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, suppliers, or firms possessing valid National Tax Number (NTN) and Sales Tax Registration where applicable. Procurement will be conducted under PPRA and MoDP rules. Items being procured: - Procurement of Chemical (details attached at Annexure 'A') with delivery within 3 months after signing of contract. Bidders must submit photocopies of registration/pre-qualification/indexation letters issued by HIT/DGP/MoDP/Govt or Semi Govt organizations, attested copies of registration certificates from Sales Tax Department, NTN certificates, audit reports for last 3 financial years, attested bank statements for last year, attested CNIC copies of CEO/Director, trade link certificates between firm and OEM (if distributor/agent), judicial paper certificate worth Rs 100 attested by Oath Commissioner confirming firm is not blacklisted or suspended, documentary evidence of contracts executed in last 3 years, and a postal order of Rs 2000 with the Technical Bid in favor of Director Supply Chain Management Directorate (SCM), HIT Taxila. The last date for collection of tender documents is 19 Oct 2026 at 10:30 hours, and tender submission deadline is 19 Oct 2026 at 11:00 hours. Tender opening will be as per PPRA website.
