Tender Description
The Capital Development Authority (CDA), through its Civil-Maintenance Division PMOH, Maintenance of Public Buildings Directorate, invites sealed bids for the procurement of civil store material for the year 2026 specifically for the Executive Building in Islamabad. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and is referenced under tender number P136926.
Items being procured include a comprehensive list of civil store materials such as Muslim showers with and without pipes, double bib cocks, washroom basins with fittings, hacksaw blades, plastic washers, brass taps, sink mixtures, basin mixers, waste pipes, flush tanks, plastic connection pipes, stop cocks, CP nozzles of various sizes, bath showers, GI pipes, float valves, seat covers, PVC rubber pipes, mixer toilet showers, flexible showers, thread sockets, GI nipples and unions, sockets, teflon tape, daaga, flush tanks, wall shower mixers, shower heads, locks, door closers, drawer channels, paint and painting materials, brushes, sandpaper, plastic of Paris, polythene, machine oil, knives, aluminum window channels, and many other related items. The technical scope covers supply of high-quality materials suitable for maintenance and repair works at the Executive Building site in Islamabad. Bidders must ensure compliance with specifications and standards as detailed in the bidding documents.
