Repair and Maintenance Works in Rooms No 433-C & 352-A at Executive Office Building, Islamabad

The Civil-Maintenance Division PMOH, Maintenance of Public Buildings Directorate under the Capital Development Authority (CDA) Islamabad invites sealed bids for the repair and maintenance works in Rooms No 433-C and 352-A at the Executive Office Building, Islamabad. Items being procured: - Dismantling wooden partition and jaffry work (44.61 sqm) - Providing and fixing gypsum board ceiling (44.61 cum) - Providing and laying porcelain glazed tiles skirting/dado (47.43 sqm) - Painting old surfaces including corrugated surfaces with oil paint (140.8 sqm, multiple coats) - Providing and fixing box type kitchen cabinet with laminated MDF sheets (6.74 sqm) - Preparing surface and lacquer polish to reveal wooden grains (7.53 sqm) - Providing and fixing roller blinds of approved shade (42.25 sqft) - Re-upholstery of sofa sets (3 seater, 2 seater, single seater) - Re-upholstery of office visitor chairs (6 nos) - Providing and fixing steel cabinet 4.5ft x 2ft x 1.5ft with double lock - Providing and placement of executive revolving chairs (2 nos) - Providing and replacement of wooden coat hanger stand - Providing and fixing LED ceiling lights 2'x2', 36 watt (6 nos) - Providing and fixing energizer battery cell for bell (2 nos) The scope includes all materials, labor, and workmanship required to complete the repair and maintenance works as per the Bill of Quantities and technical specifications. The works will be executed at the Executive Office Building in Islamabad. Eligible bidders must be registered with PEC for relevant categories and have valid FBR/ATL registration. Bid security in the form of Call Deposit or bid securing declaration is required. Bidders must be registered on the EPADS v2.0 portal to participate.
