Procurement of CKDS for Energy Storage System (16 KW) on FOR Basis

Heavy Industries Taxila invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, suppliers, or firms possessing valid National Tax Number (NTN) and Sales Tax Registration where applicable. The procurement is for CKDS for Energy Storage System (ESS) with a capacity of 16 KW on FOR basis. The tender is specific to Taxila and issued by Heavy Industries Taxila department. Items being procured: - CKDS for Energy Storage System (16 KW) on FOR basis as per Annexure A The procurement scope includes supply of the CKDS for the ESS system with delivery within 3 months after signing the contract. The technical bid must include photocopies of registration or pre-qualification letters issued by HIT/DGP/MoDP or any government/semi-government organization, attested copies of sales tax registration and NTN certificates, audit reports for the last 3 financial years, attested bank statements for the last year, attested CNIC copies of CEO or Director, trade link documents between firm and OEM if distributor or agent, judicial certificate of non-blacklisting, and documentary evidence of contracts executed in the last 3 financial years with government or semi-government organizations. A postal order of Rs 2000/- must be enclosed with the technical bid in favor of Director Supply Chain Management Directorate (SCM), HIT Taxila.
