Procurement of Cleaning & Janitorial Supplies for Balochistan Provincial Assembly Secretariat

The Balochistan Provincial Assembly Secretariat invites sealed bids from well-reputed, established, and experienced firms for the procurement of cleaning and janitorial supplies. This procurement is governed by the Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (BPPRA) Rules, 2014. The Secretariat requires firms having registration and active status of NTN and GST with the Federal Board of Revenue. Items being procured: - Cleaning & Janitorial Supplies (specific items not listed in the notice). The bidding process follows a single stage two envelope method as per Rule 41-(3) of the BPPRA Rules, 2014. Bidders must submit their bids by the deadline and ensure compliance with all terms and conditions, including not being blacklisted by any provincial or federal government department or private sector organization in Pakistan. Technical bids will be opened on the closing date at 12:00 pm in the Procurement Cell Room #76 of the Balochistan Provincial Assembly Secretariat, Zarghoon Road, Quetta. Financial bids of technically qualified bidders will be opened at 12:30 pm the same day. A bidding document fee of Rs. 1000/- must be submitted through a Green Deposit Challan in the National Bank of Pakistan (Head of Account CO-3870). Additionally, bids must be accompanied by a bid security of Rs. 50,000/- in the form of a Call Deposit from a scheduled bank in favor of the Secretary Balochistan Provincial Assembly Secretariat. The Secretariat reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per BPPRA Rules, 2014. Interested bidders should ensure timely submission of their bids in the Tender Box at Admin Block, Balochistan Assembly Secretariat before the deadline.
