Re-Tender for Repair, Maintenance and Services of Air Conditioners, Refrigerators, Dispensers & Mortuary Chiller FY 2026-27 (extendable)

The Federal Government Polyclinic Islamabad (FGPC-PGMI) invites bids for the Re-Tender for Repair, Maintenance and Services of Air Conditioners, Refrigerators, Dispensers & Mortuary Chiller for the financial year 2026-27, extendable. This procurement is for non-consultancy services to be provided at FGPC and its attached MCH Center, Medical Center, College of Nursing and Hostels located in Islamabad. Items being procured: - Maintenance/Services of Air Conditioners (594 units) - Maintenance/Services of Refrigerators, Dispensers & Mortuary Chiller - Repair/Replacement Charges of parts including Gas R-22, R-410-A, R-32, R-134-A, R-600 & R-290 (200 units) - Provision and installation of Compressor (30 units) - Provision and installation of PC Board indoor and outdoor (25 units) - Provision and installation of Condenser + Cooling Coil (30 units) - Provision and installation of Outer Fan Motor and Indoor Blower Motor (30 units) - Provision and installation of Capacitor / Relay (30 units) - Detection and repair of leakage (100 units) - Removal/installation/Replacement of Air Conditioner (30 units) The contractor will be responsible for 24/7 maintenance and repair services, ensuring all equipment remains functional. Technical staff must be available round the clock. The contract will be awarded on the basis of total lowest combined bid for service/maintenance charges and repair/replacement charges. Eligibility criteria include PEC registration for electrical engineers, FBR/NTN registration, experience of at least 3 years in similar services, and workshop presence in Islamabad/Rawalpindi. Bid security of PKR 60,000 is required. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 by 10:00 AM on October 24, 2026. Manual submissions will not be accepted. The bid opening will be held on the same day at 10:30 AM on EPADS. Performance guarantee of 2% of contract price is required from the successful bidder.
