Procurement of Cloth for Uniform (Framework Contract)

Punjab Enforcement & Regulatory Authority (PERA) Lahore invites bids for the procurement of cloth for uniform under a framework contract. This procurement is conducted through a single stage two envelope bidding procedure from well-reputed, experienced, and tax registered companies, firms, organizations, or suppliers. The contract tenure is one year. Items being procured: - Procurement of Cloth for Uniform (Framework Contract) The bidding document with evaluation criteria and specifications can be obtained from the PERA website (www.pera.punjab.gov.pk), PPRA website (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk), and Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) portal (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/). Bids must be submitted exclusively through the Punjab e-Procurement System portal; submissions by any other means will be rejected. Eligibility requires registration on the Punjab e-Procurement System and compliance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders' representatives. In case of an official holiday on the submission date, the next day will be treated as the closing date with the same timings. PERA reserves the right to cancel the process at any stage as per Rule 35 of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. The bid submission deadline is October 6, 2026, before 02:30 PM, with the technical bid opening at 03:00 PM on the same day. The estimated cost is Rs. 99 million with a bid security of Rs. 1,980,000 (2%).
