Procurement of Uniform Items for Special Students (Boys & Girls) of Govt. Special Education Centre Chichawatni for Year 2026-27

Bidders must submit tender forms without any overwriting or cutting. Incomplete or unsigned tenders will be rejected. The bidding documents including terms, conditions, requirements, and specifications can be downloaded free of cost from the Punjab e-Procurement system before the closing date and time. All participating bidders must deposit a bid security equivalent to 5% of the estimated cost via banking app 1Link or online bank transfer against the generated PSID, attaching the paid slip with the tender documents as proof of payment. Successful bidders are required to deposit a performance guarantee equivalent to 10% of the contract amount at the time of award through the same banking method. The bids will be opened in the office of the Headmaster Govt. Special Education Centre Chichawatni on 08.10.2026 at 10:30 AM. Bid submission deadline is 08.10.2026 at 10:00 AM.
