Procurement of Cloth, Wire Steel for HESCO Bag, Cover Waterproof, Jacks and Misc Tools

The Pak Army, CMT & SD Golra Road Rawalpindi invites sealed tenders for procurement of cloth, wire steel for HESCO bags, miscellaneous cover waterproof, jacks, MT tools, main tools and equipment to meet anticipated LP demands of dependent users during FY 2026-27. Items being procured: - Cloth - Wire Steel for HESCO Bag - Cover Waterproof - Jacks - MT Tools - Main Tools - Equipment Bidding is open to all manufacturers, agents of manufacturers, authorized distributors, suppliers and contractor firms who can demonstrate registration with Income Tax, Sales Tax, Excise & Taxation Departments, Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), and registration with Directorate General Defence Procurement (DGDP) / Directorate General Procurement – Army (DGPA) or any Ordnance Depots of Pakistan Army, CAF and Securities Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) for supply of stores. Lab test reports for cloth, wire steel for HESCO bag and cover waterproof are mandatory from ASID Lahore and IAS&C Karachi. Quotations without lab reports will not be entertained. Tenderers must submit a Bid Security of Rs. 500,000/- in the form of CDR. Submission of Technical Proposal, Financial Proposal, Bid Security, Bidder's Eligibility/Profile Documents in a prescribed manner is mandatory. Failure to comply will cause outright rejection of bid. Tender documents are available at Local Purchase Office of CMT & SD Golra during 0800 to 1600 hours. Tender documents cost Rs. 5,000/- (non-refundable). Sealed tenders must be dropped in tender box at Main Gate of CMT & SD Golra or sent before 31 August 2026 till 1030 hours. Opening of tenders will be on 31 August 2026 at 1100 hours in presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend. Purchaser does not pledge to accept the lowest rates and reserves the right to accept whole or part of the offer or reject the tender without explanation. All purchases are subject to inspection to ensure quality, quantity and standard of stores. Bidders are bound by Official Secret Act 1923 to ensure confidentiality of bids and purchase details.
