Procurement of Cochlear Implant Devices Through Pakistan Bait-Ul-Mal for Mustahik Child Patients

The Pir Abdul Qadir Shah Jeelani Institute of Medical Sciences Gambat invites e-bids through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposable System (EPADS) from manufacturers or their authorized agents/distributors for the procurement of cochlear implant devices through Pakistan Bait-Ul-Mal for mustahik child patients for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is under the relevant provision of Sindh Public Procurement Rules 2010 (Amended 2019). Items being procured: - Cochlear Implant Devices through Pakistan Bait-Ul-Mal for Mustahik Child Patients Bidders must be registered and appear on the List of Active Taxpayers of FBR/SRB for income tax and GST/SST (whichever applicable). Interested bidders should submit a written application along with a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 3,000/- in the form of Pay Order or Call Deposit in favor of the Director Pir Abdul Qadir Shah Jeelani Institute of Medical Sciences Gambat. Bids must be prepared according to the bidding documents and submitted on EPADS accompanied by bid security of 1% of the total quoted value in the form of Bank Draft, Pay Orders, Call Deposit, or Bank Guarantee in favor of the Director. Bids will be opened on 15-10-2026 at 12:30 pm in Green Hall at the Institute. The Institute reserves the right to accept, reject, or postpone any or all bids under the relevant provisions of SPPRA Rules 2010 (Amended 2019).
