The University of Education Lahore invites e-procurement bids under PPRA Rules on an Item Wise Basis from eligible firms, companies, or sole proprietors registered with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments (Income Tax & Sales Tax). Items being procured: - Stationary - Printing - Chemical & Glass - Generic Consumable - General Other - Medical and Laboratory Equipment - Others Stores & Stock-others - Purchase of Machinery & Equipment - Purchase of IT Equipment including Electric, Stationery, Printing, Toners, Chemicals and Other Store Items The procurement covers a wide range of goods including office stationary, printing materials, chemicals, glass items, medical and laboratory equipment, machinery, and IT equipment. Bidders must ensure compliance with all terms and conditions, specifications, and requirements as detailed in the tender documents. Bidding will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System (Single Stage Two Envelope) as per Punjab Procurement Rules PPRA 2014. Bidders must submit a Bid Security of 2% of the estimated cost via the e-procurement portal. The bid validity period is 90 days. The technical and financial bids will be opened on Wednesday, 30th September 2026 at 10:30 AM and 10:00 AM respectively in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Interested bidders should upload a duly signed affidavit on prescribed stamp paper along with bid documents on the Punjab e-Procurement System portal. The procuring agency reserves the right to require the successful bidder to produce the original affidavit for physical verification if deemed necessary.
