Procurement and Establishment of Commercial Kitchen and Furniture in Admin Enclave Karachi

The Project Implementation Unit, Education City Government of Sindh, Karachi, invites bids for the procurement and establishment of a commercial kitchen and furniture in the Admin Enclave. This project involves comprehensive supply, installation, and commissioning of high-quality kitchen equipment and extensive furniture items for various areas including banquet halls, staff rooms, offices, auditoriums, and guard rooms within the Admin Enclave. The technical scope covers fabrication and installation of stainless steel kitchen appliances such as stock pots, cooking ranges, fryers, ovens, and refrigeration units, alongside a wide range of furniture including sofas, chairs, tables, filing cabinets, partitions, and digital signage. The furniture is specified with detailed models, materials, and finishes, ensuring premium quality and durability. Eligible bidders must possess a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) license for 2025-2026 in Category C-3 with specialization codes CE-10(i), CE-11, ME-06, and EE-01. Registration with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and Sindh Revenue Board (SRB) is mandatory. Firms should demonstrate at least five years of experience in similar works with a project cost of Rs. 200 million or above, supported by work completion certificates and financial documents including tax returns and audit reports. A bid security of Rs. 10 million and a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 10,000 are required. The tender documents, including detailed Bill of Quantities and evaluation criteria, are available for download from the SPPRA EPAD portal and Education City website. Bids must be submitted electronically via the SPPRA EPAD portal and a hard copy of technical and financial proposals in separate sealed envelopes must be delivered to the Project Implementation Unit office at 1st Floor, Block A, FTC Building, Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi. The deadline for submission and opening of bids is 6th July 2026. Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their technical and financial bids, ensuring compliance with all requirements including earnest money and bid security validity.
