Procurement of Composite Schedule of Rates 2026-27 Works by Irrigation Division Pishin

The Irrigation Division Pishin invites sealed tenders for composite schedule of rates 2026-27 works from PEC Registered Government Contractors. This procurement is under the Public Procurement System of BPPRA GOP and requires bidders to be registered with Electronic Monitoring System of BPPRA GOP. Items being procured: - Construction of Sarakala Check Dam, Malet, Distt Pishin PSD No. 2853, Qty 49.751 M The work will be carried out in accordance with BPPRA rules 2014 and amended 2019. Eligibility criteria include presence in Active Tax Payer List, no blacklisting by any procuring agency of Pakistan, valid Balochistan Revenue Authority registration, completion of 2 assignments of similar nature with turnover of at least 70% of estimated cost in 2 subsequent previous years, registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) C-4 and above (Upto 200 million) in relevant category and specialized code is CE04(iii) and CE04(iv) for irrigation only. Bidders must provide Bank Account, CNIC, NTN, TSE No., and other required documents. Each project should be at least 70% completed. Tender fee is Rs. 1000 and earnest money is 3% of estimated cost. Bids will be opened after evaluation of technical bids by the procurement committee. Submission of bids must be done by 12:00 PM on 18 October 2026. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 12:00 PM at EPPS System. Bidders must submit Earnest Money in the form of Bank Guarantee, Deposit at Call of 3% specified amount in the name of the undersigned from a scheduled bank. The Competent Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids at any time prior to acceptance of a bid without assigning any reason.
