Procurement of Computer Items for Health & Accident Insurance Peshawar Zone

State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan Health & Accident Insurance, Peshawar Zone invites sealed technical and financial bids for procurement of computer items for office use. The procurement is conducted under PPRA rules using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure through the E-PADS platform. Interested vendors must be registered General Order Suppliers with GST and Income Tax registration, have their own offices and phone/fax numbers, and must have a functional office in Peshawar. Items being procured include: - 15 computer items specified by vendor with brand and model - 2 computer items specified by vendor with brand and model - 1 computer item specified by vendor with brand and model - 1 computer item specified by vendor with brand and model - 1 computer item specified by vendor with brand and model - 3 computer items specified by vendor with brand and model - 4 computer items specified by vendor with brand and model The scope covers supply, delivery, installation, and warranty services of brand new IT and electronic equipment as per approved samples. Vendors must submit a 2% bid security via pay order or bank draft. Bids without bid security or incomplete bids will be rejected. The selected firm must supply items within 20 days of supply order receipt, with penalties for delay and forfeiture of bid security for delays beyond 40 days. Warranty and after-sales maintenance will be provided free of cost during the warranty period. Eligibility requires valid sales tax and income tax registration, experience certificates, affidavit of no blacklisting, active taxpayer proof, and bid security. Technical evaluation includes company profile, similar work experience, ongoing contracts, financial status, technical staff, and enlistment with reputed firms. Minimum qualification is 60 marks out of 100. Bids must be submitted through E-PADS by 15-10-2026 at 03:00 PM, with opening at 03:30 PM on the same day at the State Life Building, 1st Floor, 34 The Mall, Peshawar Cantt.
