Procurement of Computer Stationery for Regional Tax Office Hyderabad

The Federal Board of Revenue, Regional Tax Office Hyderabad, invites electronic bids for the procurement of Computer Stationery. Firms must appear on the Active Taxpayer List of Income Tax and Sales Tax issued by the Federal Board of Revenue, Government of Pakistan. The bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements are available electronically on EPADS at https://epms.ppra.gov.pk and FBR's official website www.fbr.gov.pk. Applications must be submitted electronically only through EPADS; manual submissions are not allowed. Bids must be submitted on or before 08-09-2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the Conference Room of the Regional Tax Office Hyderabad via EPADS. All bidders must register themselves on EPADS at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk. Incomplete or improperly submitted applications will be rejected. A Bank Draft or Pay Order of 2% of the quoted price inclusive of taxes in favor of Chief Commissioners, Regional Tax Office Hyderabad, is required as earnest money. Bidders must be on the Active Taxpayers List and regular filers of Income Tax and Sales Tax returns. An affidavit of Rs. 100/- on stamp paper confirming no blacklisting or legal suits against the firm must be attached. Quotations must include all taxes, and the procuring agency reserves the right to change quantities. Taxes will be deducted as per law.
