Procurement of Consolidated Maintenance Consumable Items

The Pakistan Institute of Fashion and Design (PIFD) Lahore invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of consolidated maintenance consumable items for the fiscal year 2026-27. This procurement is planned under the fund reserved by PIFD to cover eligible payments under the contract. The bidding process will be conducted on the EPADS v2.0 platform using the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and related regulations. Items being procured: - Consolidated maintenance consumable items (specific item list not provided in the notice). Bidders must submit bids accompanied by a Bid Security as described in the bidding documents. The bid security must be in the form of Call Deposit or accompanied by a bid securing declaration as per the bidding documents.
