Lahore High Court, Bahawalpur Bench is inviting e-bids for an annual framework contract for the supply of office stationery, computer stationery, general store, and miscellaneous items for the Financial Year 2026-27 (up till 30.06.2027). Items being procured: - Office and Computer Stationery (Lot 1) — Estimated Cost: Rs. 2,658,168, Bid Security: 2% (Rs. 53,263) - General & Miscellaneous Store Items (Lot 2) — Estimated Cost: Rs. 583,622, Bid Security: 2% (Rs. 11,672) The technical scope covers the supply of high-quality stationery and general store items as per the detailed specifications provided in the bidding documents. Bidders must ensure that all quoted rates are inclusive of GST/PST and valid for 180 days. Only firms with proven experience in similar supplies and valid registrations will be considered. Earnest Money in the form of CDR, Pay Order, or Bank Draft is mandatory, amounting to 2% of the estimated cost for each lot. Bids must be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) website by 21.10.2026 at 10:30 AM. The opening will be held at the office of the Additional Registrar (Judicial), Senior Member of the Purchase Committee, Lahore High Court, Bahawalpur Bench, in the presence of bidders who wish to attend.
