Procurement of Consultancy Services – Renovation of SBP Main Building Floors, Head Office Karachi

The SBP Banking Services Corporation (BSC) invites qualified consulting firms to pre-qualify for the procurement of consultancy services for the renovation of its Main Building floors at the Head Office in Karachi. This comprehensive project covers architectural, structural, MEP, telecommunication, landscaping, and construction supervision services for approximately 600,000 square feet including ground to 10th floors, building elevation, lobby, banking hall, and external landscaping located at I.I. Chundrigar Road, Karachi. Items being procured: - Architectural design and site assessment - Structural review and remedial design - MEP system review, design, and Building Management System (BMS) integration - Telecommunication system review and design - Conceptual design with multiple layout options and 3D renderings - Landscaping design (soft and hard) - Detailed tender and construction documentation - Continuous construction supervision including quality, progress, and HSE compliance The scope includes detailed architectural and interior design, structural stability analysis, MEP and telecommunication system modernization, integration of firefighting and IP-based security systems, and preparation of tender documents as per PPRA rules. The consultant will also provide construction supervision with qualified personnel on site to ensure compliance with approved designs and timely project completion. Applicants must have valid registration with the Pakistan Council of Architects and Town Planners (PCATP) in Category A1 and demonstrate at least 10 years of professional experience with a minimum of one completed or ongoing multi-story commercial bank or office building project as lead architect. FBR/NTN registration and compliance with PPRA rules are mandatory. The prequalification documents are available and applications must be submitted exclusively through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 portal by Tuesday, October 13, 2026, 12:00 PM. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 12:30 PM. Manual submissions will not be accepted. Interested bidders are advised to register on EPADS and review all instructions carefully.
