Procurement & Contract Management Expert for Punjab Rural Sustainable Water Supply & Sanitation Project

Punjab Rural Municipal Services Company (PRMSC) invites applications from qualified and experienced individuals for the position of Procurement & Contract Management Expert under the Punjab Rural Sustainable Water Supply & Sanitation Project. This consultancy is funded by a loan from the World Bank (IBRD) and aims to support procurement of civil works for priority villages. Items being procured: - Individual Consultant - Procurement & Contract Management Expert The expert should have a minimum of 16 years education in Finance, Business Administration, Public Administration, Management Sciences, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Project Management or related fields from reputable local or foreign institutions. A diploma or degree in Procurement/Contract Management is preferred. Additionally, a minimum of 15 years work experience in procurement processes of goods, services, or works is required. EOIs must include cover letter, resume/CV, academic certificates, experience certificates, and completed forms. Applications must reach the address below by 23 October 2026 at 1500 hours.
