Procurement of CT Simulator (64-Slices) Inclusive of Accessories for Allied Hospital-I Faisalabad

Allied Hospital-I Faisalabad invites e-Bids from its already prequalified firms registered on Punjab e-procurement System and with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments/Authorities under Annual Development Program (ADP) Scheme for the procurement, supply, installation, commissioning & maintenance of the following Equipment & Machinery separately. Items being procured: - CT Simulator (64-Slices) Inclusive of Accessories Bidding documents containing details in the English language are immediately available after date of publication and can be downloaded from the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website and Punjab e-procurement portal. Bids shall be submitted online on or before 15.10.2026 (Thursday) at 11:00 AM on Punjab e-procurement System. The bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders' representatives who may choose to be present at the office of Allied Hospital-I Faisalabad. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 30.09.2026 (Wednesday) at 11:00 AM in the committee room of Allied Hospital-I Faisalabad. Minutes of the pre-bid meeting will be uploaded on the Punjab e-procurement System and considered as addendum to bidding documents. The procurement is governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended) and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. Earnest Money is 2% of the estimated cost (Rs. 3,872,000/-) in the form of CDR or Pay Order. Hard copies of bids are not required. Bidders are encouraged to get themselves registered on Punjab portal to enable participation. In case of any technical error or internet failure, the procuring agency is not responsible. Bids found corrupt, unreadable or containing virus will be rejected.
