Supply of Medical Equipment including Incubators, X-Ray Apparatus, Diagnostic Systems, and Surgical Instruments for Directorate General Procurement (Army) Rawalpindi

The Directorate General Procurement (Army) Rawalpindi invites sealed tenders from reputed firms possessing NTN Certificates for the supply of various medical equipment under the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) rules. The procurement is for supply to the Army and will be carried out in the light of PPRA regulations. Items being procured: - Incubator Infant Ventilator Portable (3 Nos) - X-Ray Apparatus Radiographic, Medical Conventional Portable (4 Nos) - Incubator Infant (25 Nos) - Diagnostic System, Ophthalmic, Automatic, Non-Contact, Refracto-Kerato-Patchy-Tono Meter (2 Nos) - Cystoscope Flexible (2 Nos) - Uretero-Renoscope-Rigid (2 Nos) - Tourniquet Pneumatic Digital (6 Nos) - Upgradation of Angiography Machine Artis Zee ACH Lhr (1 No) - Repair / Maintenance of Linear Accelerator Installation at CMH Rawalpindi (2 Nos) The technical scope includes supply of high-quality medical and diagnostic equipment suitable for hospital and clinical use. The delivery period is generally 9-12 months after signing of contracts, except for some items on request basis. Tender documents can be collected and submitted at the Directorate General Procurement (Army) Tender Room. Eligibility criteria include possession of NTN certificates, submission of photocopy of CNIC or MD of the firm, bank statement for last one year, sales tax registration certificate, treasury challan of PKR 2000 for registered and unregistered firms, source of supply/OEM certificates, and registration letter with DGDP. Bidders must provide a Bid Security of 5% of the quoted value through bank draft or pay order in favor of CMA (DP) Rawalpindi as Earnest Money. The offer shall remain valid for 180 days from the opening date. A Performance Guarantee of 10% of the contract value is required within 30 days after signing the contract. The tender opening will be held in the presence of firm representatives at the Tender Room of DGDP. Only bidders who have obtained tender documents directly or through a local agent will be entertained. Alternative offers are not accepted. The last date for collection of tender documents is 7 October 2026. Tender submission deadline is 8 October 2026 at 0930 hrs, with opening at 1000 hrs the same day. Interested bidders should ensure timely submission of complete technical and financial bids in separate sealed envelopes marked with the Tender Enquiry number.
