Procurement of Data Center FI Switches and SAN Switches

The Bank of Punjab invites technical and financial bids from well reputed organizations and companies for the procurement of Data Center FI Switches and SAN Switches. This procurement is managed through a Single Stage-Two Envelope Bidding Process. Items being procured: - Data Center FI Switches - SAN Switches Bid documents are immediately available at the Punjab e-Procurement System portal and the PPRA website and can be obtained or downloaded free of cost. Bids must be uploaded or submitted on the Punjab e-Procurement System by 03-Nov-2026 (11:00 am). Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 am by a committee in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who wish to attend the bid opening process. Only financial bids of technically qualified bidders will be opened on a date/time to be announced later. Bids must be submitted exclusively through the Punjab e-Procurement System. A bid security of 2% of the estimated cost is required, payable or submitted through 1Link or Bank Guarantee options digitally via generated PSID on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Prices quoted must be inclusive of all applicable taxes and delivery charges. Valid NTN and GST registration certificates are mandatory with the bids. The Bank of Punjab will not be responsible for any cost incurred in the submission of bid documents. This tender notice is also uploaded on the PPRA website and the Bank of Punjab official website. Customers can file complaints via SBP's 'Sunwai' service. Bidders are advised to carefully follow the e-Procurement submission guidelines and ensure timely uploading of all required documents to avoid disqualification. Early preparation of digital bid security and registration on the e-Procurement portal is recommended to prevent last-minute issues.
