Procurement and Installation of Public Address System (Sound System) for New Courts Block at Lahore High Court

Lahore High Court invites pre-qualified, well-reputed, and financially sound firms with relevant registration and tax authorities for the procurement and installation of a Public Address System (Sound System) for the new Courts' Block in Lahore. The procurement includes the following equipment: - Central Controller for Digital Conference Microphone with tracking feature - Digital tabletop Chairman Microphone - Digital tabletop delegate Microphone - 6x2-Channel Feedback Suppressor - 4K Video Conference Camera (Dual Lens, PTZ) - Camera Controller - Document Visualizer - 10-Channel Digital Mixer - Power Amplifier 400 watt - Wall Speaker - 06-Channel Analog Power Mixer - Wall Speakers 30 watt - Desktop Rostrum Microphone - All solution will be on turnkey basis including complete installation, commissioning and training to the concerned officers/officials - 2-years comprehensive warranty with backup equipment if required for uninterrupted services - The bidder shall supply all audio and video equipment of the same brand to ensure compatibility and must furnish a Manufacturer Authorization Letter from Lahore High Court through OEM authorized distributor. The pre-qualification procedure follows Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Only pre-qualified applicants can submit bids through Request for Proposals (RFP). Applications must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) by 03.11.2026 at 11:00 a.m. The technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 a.m. in the office of D&SJ Lahore High Court.
