Purchase of Desktop Computers for SNS Faculty FY-2026-27 at SNS-NUST H-12 Campus Islamabad

The National University of Sciences & Technology (NUST) invites sealed bids from well-established, experienced, and financially sound manufacturers and suppliers for the Purchase of Desktop Computers for SNS Faculty FY-2026-27 at SNS-NUST H-12 Campus Islamabad. The procurement is specifically for the School of Natural Sciences (SNS) at the H-12 Campus in Islamabad. Items being procured: - Desktop Computers for SNS Faculty FY-2026-27 Bidders must provide a Tender Processing Fee as per the Tender Document in the form of a Pay Order or Bank Draft in favor of 'SNS NUST H-12 Campus Islamabad' at the time of technical bid opening. The complete bidding documents containing detailed description and terms and conditions are available on the E-PADS website (www.eprocure.gov.pk). Bidders may also obtain further information from the School of Natural Sciences (SNS), NUST, H-12 Campus, Islamabad. Bids must be uploaded as per instructions given in the bidding documents on the e-PADS portal before 02 November 2026 at 1100 hrs. The bids submitted through e-PADS will be opened on the same day at 1130 hrs in Meeting Room SNS, NUST Campus, Sector H-12, Islamabad, in the presence of bidders who choose to attend the bid opening meeting. NUST reserves the right to reject any or all bids at any time prior to acceptance as per rule 33 of Public Procurement Rules (PPR) 2004. Bidders are advised to carefully follow the e-PADS submission guidelines and ensure timely submission to avoid disqualification. Pay Order or Bank Draft for the Tender Processing Fee must be ready at the time of technical bid opening to avoid delays.
