Tender Description
The Multan Electric Power Company (MEPCO) is inviting bids for the procurement of Deadend Clamps Osprey and Dog for its regional stores located in Multan, Punjab. Items being procured:
- DEADEND CLAMP OSPREY (Quantity: 194,663 units)
- DEADEND CLAMP DOG (Quantity: 27,000 units)
The technical specifications for both items conform to PD-73:2004 (Amended to date). The delivery schedule requires 50% of the quantity to be supplied within 60 days or earlier, and the remaining 50% within 90 days or earlier. The procurement will be conducted through a single stage one envelope bidding process on the EPADS v2.0 platform, with bids to be submitted electronically.
Bidders must comply with eligibility criteria including valid FBR registration, PEC category compliance, and must not be blacklisted by WAPDA or related entities. Delivery locations include MEPCO regional stores in Multan, Bahawalpur, Sahiwal, and DG Khan.
The submission deadline is Friday, July 31, 2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening at 11:30 AM the same day. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0; manual submissions will not be accepted. The procurement process follows the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and MEPCO's special conditions. Payment will be made in Pakistani Rupees against actual invoices and delivery receipts.
