Procurement of Degree Folders for 17th UVAS Convocation 2026

University of Veterinary & Animal Sciences (UVAS), Lahore invites electronic bids through the Punjab e-procurement System for the procurement of Degree Folders for the 17th UVAS Convocation 2026. The procurement is managed by the Controller of Examination, UVAS Lahore. Items being procured: - Degree Folders for 17th UVAS Convocation 2026 Bidders eligible to participate include manufacturers, exclusive authorized sole distributors of foreign manufacturers, agents, contractors, firms, sole proprietors, and suppliers registered with income tax, Punjab sales tax on services (PRA), General Sales Tax (GST), and Professional Tax registered firms. The procurement follows a single stage two envelop bidding procedure via the Punjab e-procurement System. A refundable bid security of 2% CDR Rs. 20,000/- of the estimated price Rs. 1,000,000/- is required. Bids must be submitted electronically on or before 11-11-2026 at 11:00 a.m. and will be opened the same day at 11:30 a.m. through the Punjab E-Procurement System portal. Bidders are advised to ensure timely submission and to check for any government holidays which may affect the tender opening date. All procurement procedures including uploading, downloading, receiving, evaluation, and awarding will be governed by the Punjab Procurement Rules-2014 as amended. In case of any conflict, the PPRA Rules 2014 shall prevail.
