Procurement of Works Under Design, Build and Operation (DBO) Mode Construction/Establishment of Material Recovery Facilities in Faisalabad and Gujranwala

The scope involves comprehensive construction and operational setup of material recovery facilities to enhance waste management and recycling capabilities in the specified cities. Bidders must ensure compliance with technical specifications and operational standards as per the bidding documents. Eligibility criteria include submission of original Bid Security instrument online via the Punjab e-Procurement System before the e-bid submission deadline. The Bid Security must be 3% of the estimated cost and submitted as a CDR/Bank Guarantee from a Scheduled Bank of Pakistan. No cash bid security will be accepted.
