Procurement of Desktop Computers with Printers, Scanners, Multimedia Projectors and Laptops

The Pakistan Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA), through its Gomal Zam Hydel Power Station located in Dera Ismail Khan, is procuring desktop computers along with black & white and colour printers, A3 size scanners, multimedia equipment including projectors and smart LED devices, as well as laptops. This procurement is aimed at enhancing the IT infrastructure of the power station to support its operational and administrative functions. The technical scope includes supply of high-quality desktop computers, printers (both black & white and colour), A3 size scanners, multimedia projectors, smart LED devices, and laptops. The contract performance period is 60 days for this tender. Bidders must be registered manufacturers, authorized distributors, or suppliers with valid registration with the Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and must be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). Interested bidders should note that earnest money in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) amounting to Rs. 60,000 is required. The bids must be submitted electronically via the EPADS system by the closing date of 6th May 2026 before 11:00 AM, with the opening scheduled on the same day at 11:30 AM in the office of the Chief Engineer (Hydel) Chashma. Manual bids will not be accepted. Additionally, a hard copy of the bid in sealed form must be submitted to the office of the Resident Engineer at Gomal Zam Hydel Power Station.
