Procurement of DGPS Survey for Green Property Certificate and Registered Documents in Bahawalpur Division under PULSE Project

The Project Management Unit-Board of Revenue under the Punjab Urban Land Systems Enhancement (PULSE) Project invites sealed bids for the procurement of DGPS Survey services for Green Property Certificate and Registered Documents in Bahawalpur Division. This procurement is part of the ongoing PULSE initiative funded by the World Bank to improve land record management in Punjab. Items being procured: - DGPS Survey for Green Property Certificate - DGPS Survey for Registered Documents in Bahawalpur Division The scope includes precise DGPS surveying to support the issuance of Green Property Certificates and registration of land documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project standards. The work will be conducted under the supervision of the Project Management Unit-Board of Revenue in Lahore, Punjab. Eligible bidders must comply with the World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers and submit bids in English. A Bid Security of PKR 1,500,000/- in the form of CDR or Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank in Pakistan is mandatory.
