Tender Description
The Project Management Unit-Board of Revenue, Government of the Punjab, invites bids for the procurement of DGPS Survey services for Green Property Certificate and Registered Documents in Gujranwala Division under the Punjab Urban Land Systems Enhancement (PULSE) Project. This procurement is part of a World Bank financed initiative aimed at enhancing urban land systems in Punjab.

- DGPS Survey for Green Property Certificate
- DGPS Survey for Registered Documents in Gujranwala Division
The scope involves conducting precise DGPS surveys to support the issuance of Green Property Certificates and registration of documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project standards. The work will be carried out under the supervision of the Project Management Unit-Board of Revenue in Lahore.
Eligible bidders must comply with the World Bank's Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers dated November 2020. Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using a Single Stage-One Envelope method. Bidders should be registered with FBR and have relevant experience. A Bid Security of PKR 1,500,000/- in the form of CDR or Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank in Pakistan is mandatory.
Bids must be delivered to the Procurement Specialist, Project Management Unit-Board of Revenue, PULSE, at 158-A, Abu Bakar Block, New Garden Town, Lahore, Pakistan by 11:00 a.m. on September 15, 2026. Electronic bidding is not permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of bidders' representatives immediately after the deadline.
