Procurement of Dietary Items under Framework Contract for Financial Year 2026-27

Sealed bids are invited by the Principals of Daanish Schools (Boys & Girls) Rajanpur for the procurement of dietary items under a framework contract for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is open to experienced and financially sound businesses and enterprises registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments, following Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Items being procured: - Wheat Products (Lot 1) estimated at Rs. 14,967,315 - Pulses (Daalein) (Lot 2) estimated at Rs. 3,541,880 - Sugar (Lot 3) estimated at Rs. 2,394,880 - Egg (Hen) (Lot 4) estimated at Rs. 2,628,150 - Fresh Milk (Lot 5) estimated at Rs. 12,489,650 The bid documents are available immediately on the PPRA website www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk, Punjab e-procurement portal https://ep.punjab.gov.pk, and PDS&CEA website www.daanishschools.edu.pk. Bidders must submit their profiles and bids online through the Punjab e-procurement portal using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure, which includes technical and financial bids. A pre-bid meeting will be held on Thursday, 8th October 2026 at 11:00 AM in the conference room of Daanish School (Boys) Rajanpur. The last date for bid submission is Thursday, 15th October 2026 at 10:00 AM, with technical bids opening the same day at 10:30 AM. Participation through the e-procurement portal is mandatory for all interested bidders.
